1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luckypkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the luckypkr website located at luckypkr.bio and all associated services, including casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer tables, slots, and any other features offered on the Platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the luckypkr Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all players accessing luckypkr from within Pakistan, including but not limited to players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Hyderabad, and Quetta.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on luckypkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. luckypkr strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and conducts mandatory age verification on all accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of luckypkr, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from luckypkr or any other gambling platform via a self-exclusion scheme to which luckypkr is a party.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended luckypkr account unless the Platform has explicitly reinstated your eligibility in writing.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games and sports betting on luckypkr, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly permitted to hold one (1) active account on luckypkr at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. luckypkr reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. luckypkr will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. You must notify luckypkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

luckypkr operates a Know Your Customer policy in line with international anti-money laundering standards. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

luckypkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and SadaPay. All deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be adjusted by luckypkr at its discretion with reasonable notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. luckypkr aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC and anti-money laundering checks. luckypkr reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of such checks.

4.3 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals. These limits are published in your account dashboard and may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. luckypkr reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time.

4.4 Currency

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on luckypkr are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion charges are applied by luckypkr. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges independently, for which luckypkr accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by luckypkr are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible game contributions, minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting bonuses), and expiry timeframe are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in automatic forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings generated from them.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

luckypkr actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, hedging bets across accounts, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and any form of collusion. Where bonus abuse is identified, luckypkr reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the player's account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

6 Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the luckypkr Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and virtual games — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

All certified games on luckypkr use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative theoretical returns calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, luckypkr reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the corresponding wager amounts to the player's account balance. No further liability shall be accepted by luckypkr in connection with such malfunctions.

7 Sports Betting

luckypkr offers a sports betting service covering cricket, including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), international bilateral series, and ICC tournaments, as well as a range of other sports. The following terms apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued to the player. Bets not confirmed prior to the relevant event commencing are void.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the point your bet is confirmed.
• Void Bets: luckypkr reserves the right to void bets where the outcome has been influenced by corrupt activity, where a market was opened or settled in error, or where an event is cancelled or abandoned without a sufficient portion having been completed.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply to sports betting. These limits are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets carry additional risk of delay in bet acceptance. luckypkr reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckypkr Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode, including live dealer tables.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to luckypkr support.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during your relationship with luckypkr.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account restriction imposed by luckypkr.
• Abusing the luckypkr customer support team or any other player on the Platform.

luckypkr reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the luckypkr Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, databases, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the intellectual property of luckypkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of luckypkr is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckypkr's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player to their luckypkr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckypkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if luckypkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11 Privacy & Data

luckypkr collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

luckypkr will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. All data is stored with appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

12 Responsible Gaming

luckypkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players across Pakistan. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 13 Account Closure & Termination

13.1 Closure by Player

Players may close their luckypkr account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 Closure by luckypkr

luckypkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to the Platform, or where luckypkr is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory or judicial order. In such cases, luckypkr will notify the player and handle any remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

14 Amendments to Terms

luckypkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, luckypkr will provide notice to registered players via email or prominent in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the luckypkr Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luckypkr holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under luckypkr's gaming licence.
